Any suggestions to install 4G -PTZ camera to trigger the detection better?
We recommend to install the 4g camera which is more than 2.6-3 meters above the ground, is better to be in a direction that crosses the possible intruder instead of facing him.

1. Please check whether your data plan has been run out. If not, please charge it, then restart it manually.
