A: To ensure accurate measurements, follow these recommendations:
1. Remain calm and relaxed before measurement to ensure your body is at rest.
2. Properly position the cuff on your arm before measurement. Secure it so its bottom edge is approximately 2-3 cm (about 1 inch) above the bend of your elbow.
3. Sit still during measurement, keeping the cuff at heart level.
Note clothing impact: Do not place the cuff directly over thick clothing during measurement.
4. Understand data fluctuations: Reasonable variations in readings across different times (e.g., morning vs. evening) are normal. We recommend measuring at similar times daily to obtain more comparable trend data.
