For best results, follow the instructions: Sit still for 5 minutes before measuring, keep your wrist at heart level, and avoid talking or moving during the test.

Yes, it comes with 2 AAA batteries included. Under normal use, the batteries last for approximately 500 measurements. A low-battery icon will appear when replacement is needed.
Why does my measurement not match other blood pressure monitors
There are indeed differences between different blood pressure monitors, due to differences between different postures, please use two different measurement postures to obtain appropriate values
