Can the machine be used immediately after receiving it?
The machine contains a compressor and must be placed upright. If tilted or transported long distances, allow it to stand upright for at least 8 hours before powering on.
Why are there water droplets inside the machine?
To ensure quality, each machine is tested before shipment. If you find water inside, it means the machine has passed our tests and is secure for use.
Is it normal for the compressor not to run after turning the machine on?
To protect the compressor and extend its life, it will restart after a 3-minute delay. This is normal and ensures proper function.
What is the smart defrost function?
In cold conditions, frost may form on the dehumidifier’s evaporator and condenser. When detected, the machine automatically enters defrost mode, stopping the compressor and running the fan until the frost melts. This is normal.
Why does the machine blow out warm air?
The dehumidifier transforms humid, cold air into dry air using a heating and cooling process. As a result, the air it blows out may be slightly warmer than the surrounding temperature, which is normal.
