How long does a measurement take?
Our measurement time is approximately 60-90 seconds, depending on the pet’s condition.
What does ERR mean when displayed on the screen?
Common situations include: pet chewing on the cuff or moving around during the measurement. If any of these occur, try calming your pet and taking the measurement several times.
How do I turn it off?
Press any button for 3 seconds to power off. Or it will automatically shut down in 30-90 seconds.
How do I access stored measurements?
Press the “Setting” button can view stored data. Select the different animal icon to view different pet memory data. Press again to read the next stored data.
What causes the blood pressure readings to vary?
Please allow your pet to get used to the machine beforehand. Stress is a common cause of reading fluctuations; the pet’s posture during measurement can also affect the readings. Multiple measurements are usually required to obtain an average value.
