i’ve been practicing yoga for 2 years now and am just finally swapping out to get a new mat. i’ve had this mat for the last year and it’s stood the test of countless yoga sculpt classes and temperatures of 95-100+ and not let me down! i will say, for heated classes you should still be using a yoga nonslip towel on top since this isn’t as sticky as other mats.

i love the lines and design, and they’ve helped me remember to align my body properly in my flows! if you’re in a non heated class, this works beautifully. if you have sensitive knees, the thickness of this mat is perfect. i’ve not used it outdoors, but i’m sure it would work well! overall, i think it’s the perfect mat to start with if you’re looking for something comfortable, still lightweight to carry, and supportive.

some may not like the thickness, since when you roll or fold it up it is a bit large, but i’ve never minded. definitely recommend 🙂
