How does this keypad work?
It can be used as mobile Tuya video intercom, multifunction standalone access controller, smartphone programmed, remotely unlocking electronic door lock or garage, gate opener, or as a card reader to work with an access control system.
How is the keypad installed and used?
Simply screw it to the outside of the door and connect to the electric lock or controller (Please note:not waterproof, Don’t get wet from rain). Add the keypad to your phone Tuya APP and you can Wifi intercom or remote management.
Does it still work without WiFi signal? still unlock the door?
This is a video intercom access control, without WIFI the doorbell function will be disabled, the access control function can work normally. The access control keypad 1000 users capacity, Fingerprint, tap card, password multiple unlocking methods.
Is the APP notification for charged?
No, Tuya APP notification is free and can be used for unlimited times. However, please note that phone call and Message notification is a value-added service of the operator and needs to be purchased separately.
Can the doorbell save video? Is there any charge for this?
Logs (unlock records and doorbell calls) are stored for free. (temporary PIN generation for free.)
Free 3 days cyclic storage for images and videos. If you want to increase the storage time, you need to purchase it.
