Every year we do a Christmas pickle hunt and I choose a gag gift for my husband and kids should they find the Christmas pickle first. This year, I picked these Shittens butt wipes. My whole family roared with laughter when the gag gift was revealed and we've all tried them. So, they're very funny and useful, but also very pricey. Almost $20 for 20 wipes and just okay packaging. I'd say they're worth about half the price.

I love the mitten shape design that you insert your hand into and that you won't get any number 2 on your hand when wiping. The wipes were moist and easy to clean yourself with. The only downside to the wipe itself is that they aren't flushable, so once you use it, you'll have to throw it in the trashcan, which is kinda gross. Overall, an awesome and useful gag gift, just with it was cheaper and flushable. Makes a perfect stocking stuffer too!

I am inflicted with IBS. It sneaks up on me with little or no warning. These wipes are a brilliant idea. On the first occasion when I used them (a couple of days ago), the IBS experience was one of the worst I've had in a very long time. Messy enough that I required a great many of these wipes before I felt safe enough to shower the rest of me and take my clothes to our washing machine. You can use them on either hand but be sure not to dispose of them in the toilet. I don't know if they would disintegrate and I don't remember if the packaging says anything about that. It would be nice if they also came in individually wrapped packages so you could have some in your purse or pocket if you're away from home. They pull out of the package which has a "sticky label" seal. I just ordered another package of these to have on hand. The remainder of those I have will remain in the bathroom. I won't wait for an IBS attack before my next use.

I can honestly say that while I have no idea how good these are at cleaning your bum, they do make a rather fantastic conversation piece in the bathroom. Every once in a while I hear a guest laugh out loud (lol for you internet types) while using my bathroom. In the past I thought that those guests had discovered one of my personal toys… these days I know that they have just discovered the Shittens placed conveniently next to the toilet paper. Plus, when you own these, you have a legitimate excuse to use the word "Shittens" whenever you want to.
