I don't have a picture but the contents are exactly how they appear in the picture. The colour is super cute and the barbell pad makes hip thrusts so much easier. I find that I can lift a lot more now that I'm not using a rolled up yoga matt to protect my hip bones. The ankle straps (?) are also super helpful. I use them for kickbacks and they are super comfortable. The padding on them is actually pretty thick, so it takes the pressure off the back of your ankle.

Doesn't show sweat stains either, which I really like. Would buy again.
