Our exercise mats are tailor made for workouts. Traditional yoga mats are far too thin, soft and easily damaged. Our mats have been made with exercise in mind. Wide enough for your press ups, strong enough to lift weights on and supportive enough to stabilize your body during challenging exercises.

Can I wear shoes on the Karma Fitness mat?
Your mat is built to last, but a little care goes a long way. Barefoot training is ideal, though smooth-soled sneakers work well too. Avoid shoes with deep tread or cleats to prevent unnecessary wear.
Is the mat suitable for weight training as well as Pilates & yoga?
Yes – our mat is engineered for all workouts. The 10mm thickness cushions your joints, while the dense TPE material resists compression from weights, making it perfect for strength training, yoga, Pilates, HIIT, and more.
Will the mat slip on hard floors?
No – the diamond-textured surface grips in all directions, keeping your mat firmly in place on wood, tile, or concrete, even during high-intensity workouts.
Can I use the mat on the reverse side?
Yes, absolutely the reverse side is plain black and has the same diamond texture which provides a great non-slip base. You can work out on either the front or back of your mat – switch it up as you wish!
Is the mat easy to clean?
Yes – the closed-cell TPE surface is sweat-proof and non-absorbent. Simply wipe down with a damp cloth or mild soap solution to keep it fresh and odor-free.

EXTRA WIDE SIZE – Our 32″ (80cm) extra wide sized mat is 33% wider than standard 24″ (60cm) mats. This wide mat allows you to perform all exercises with ease. Perform press ups, sumo squats and lateral lunges without going off the mat. The ample space and support provided by the mat means there are no limits to the stretches you can perform.
EXTRA THICK FOR SUPPORT – Our mats are 2/5″ (10mm) thick; this is 2.5x thicker than standard 4mm yoga mats. The thickness offers sufficient cushioning whilst still providing the much needed support during exercises. Say goodbye to sore joints and a sore back! We found the 10mm thickness to be the sweet spot for workouts.
DOUBLE LAYERED TPE MATERIAL – We custom designed this double layered TPE material to provide athletes with the perfect combination of support and stability. TPE is a superior material to the standard NBR mats you will find. TPE is a denser material and we’ve double layered this to provide a great base for all your workouts. TPE is more durable and is also waterproof for easy cleaning and sweat resistance. TPE also benefits from being a 100% recyclable material.
NON-SLIP TEXTURED GRIP – The mat has our bespoke diamond textured grip on both sides; this provides grip in all directions when performing those high intensity exercises. You won’t find this on standard mats as it is unique to Karma Fitness mats.
