I've been having trouble the last year or so with golfer/tennis elbow while working out, especially when doing bicep curls. Got so bad that I was having to take a week or two off to allow the tendons to heal. I've tried a number of tricks, and understood the issue was being caused by the strain on my hand grip. I tried lifting hooks, but they were uncomfortable and didn't help at all. So I found this attachment, and immediately I saw an improvement. Was able to do full sets of bicep curls with ZERO pain. 2 days out and still no problems. Very comfortable and this thing really holds onto the wrists and allows most of the weight to be directed to the muscles being targeted. Can't believe it took this long to find.
Very happy with my purchase! Would definitely recommend to anyone who is having the same issues.

The cable attachment is really good quality, and I use it every time I work out. The only thing is it can be difficult to find the exact center of the rope since it slides to one side or the other so one arm is getting slightly more weight to move than the other. I'm thinking about using zip ties to lock the rope in place so both arms are evenly stressed. Ideally the rope would be centered and locked in place from the factory.
