Make sure the Wi-Fi you connect to is 2.4GHz, and the router is less than 100ft. 5GHz is not supported.
How should it be installed?
Requires a power connection and must be hardwired during installation. Please install on a flat wall with sealant caulking around and consult a professional for safety. Detailed steps can be found in the user manual or the installation video above.
