1.Issue: The smart bulbs are not connecting to Wi-Fi.
Solution:
Ensure your Wi-Fi network is operating on 2.4GHz, as the bulbs do not support 5GHz networks.Check that your router is working and that your mobile device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network.Restart the bulbs and your router, then attempt to reconnect.
2.Issue: Difficulty setting up with Apple HomeKit.
Solution:
Make sure your HomePod, Apple TV, or iPad is updated to the latest software version.Ensure that your HomeKit-enabled device is nearby during the setup process.Double-check that the device is added to your Home app correctly. If needed, reset the smart bulb and try the setup again.
3.Issue: Voice commands are not being recognized.
Solution:
Confirm that your smart bulb is connected to the correct voice assistant (Siri, Alexa, etc.) and linked properly in the respective app.Check your device’s microphone settings and ensure the voice assistant has permission to access them.Test your internet connection and try re-issuing the command.
4.Issue: The bulb does not turn on or off as expected.
Solution:
