No, it’s corded heating brace only powered by DC 12V adapter, can not be portable with power bank.
Can I sleep with this on?
No, please do not sleep with our heating pads even if you have set the auto-off timer. Compared with those body warmers, our heating pads feature higher temperature for effective hot therapy. Sleeping with it may increase the risk of being burned.
How long is it guaranteed, and what are the terms of service?

Does it support moist heat? How can I wash it?
