SpacePi X4 supports drying common filaments like PLA,PETC, ABS, ASA, PET, PA, PAHT, PC, PVA, PP, TPU, and theirvariations. For best results, follow the drying temperaturerecommended bythe filament manufacturer.
Can l use 3kg or 5kg spools?
As long as the spool diameter is ≤200mm, width ≤150mm,and filament diameter is 1.75mm or 2.85mm.
Can I dry filament while printing?
We recommend drying the filament thoroughly before printing. Drying time varies by material-refer to the user manualor the manufacturer’s guidelines, Once dried, you can feedthe filament to your printer using a 4mm PTFE tube.
Can I use CFS and SpacePi X4 together?
Yes! We suggest drying filament fully in SpacePi X4 before transferring it to CFS for printing. While CFS is inuse, you can pre-dryand store the next batch in SpacePiX4, improving work flow efficiency without occupying CFS resources.
