Answered:please kindly confirm if you have chosen the correct cuff mode.There are three modes for the monitor,adult,pediatric,neonatal.Please kindly try to choose the pediatric mode.
Here’s the process:System menu→System setup→User mode.There’s also instructions in the user manual.
■Question 2:Do you use neo setting when using infant cuff?
Answered:Yes,the answer is yes.You can use neo setting when using infant cuff.
■Question 3:Hold the on/off button but can not start the device
Answered:Replace all four batteries with new ones.Or Check the battery installation for proper placement of the battery polarities.
