Enhanced Stability, Accuracy: Achieving Higher Performance 
Screw drives provide better positioning accuracy compared to belt drives, as they are less affected by elastic deformation and swing clearance. Additionally, screw drives are easier to maintain during use, eliminating the need for tedious belt leveling and offering greater durability.
4th Axis Module Supported
4th Axis rotary module realizes the A axis is used in conjunction with the X, Y, and Z axes to create more complex shapes and contours in a workpiece. While a false 4th-axis system that utilizes Y-axis or X-axis movement to interact on the top centerline of the object cannot produce complex models.
Higher & More Flexible Z-Axis
Adding more screw holes on the non-all-in-one Z-axis carriage allows you to install the larger spindle higher for extra overfeed height. The new spindle mount exchange solution makes the spindle mount exchange easier and ensures the perpendicularity of the installed spindle as well.
15-Min Frame Assembly
All main parts are pre-assembled and it just takes about 15 minutes to finish the whole machine assembly. Adding more grooves and locating pins on the main assembly parts will help you to locate the parts, avoid inaccurate alignment, and makes assembly easier.
Redesigned Control Board
The control board supports adding a laser module, air assistance pump, offline controller, MPG, and 4th axis. The extra 65mm spindle mount is also available. You could upgrade the machine easily based on your needs. (All these accessories need to order separately)

An effective working area of 15.7” x 15.7” x 3.1” is large enough for most daily wood carving projects. The redesigned Z-axis carriage makes swapping a spindle easier. Adding more screw holes on the non-all-in-one Z-axis carriage allows you to install the larger spindle higher for extra overfeed height.
New Steel HSS Frame – all new redesigned frame structure, each axis is composed of two 16mm Steel HSS linear tubes and a lead screw motion drive, dual Y axis rails, and all metal frame. This new high-rigidity structure ensures the stability and accuracy of the milling machine.
Still based on open-source Grbl v1.1, the 4040-PRO CNC router has stepped up to more powerful but silent Toshiba TB6S109 drivers with 32-bit chips. Upgrades include extended function ports like a dedicated 3 Pin Laser Port, Air Assistance Pump Port, and MPG Port.
Reliable Performance: This Compact Router packs a punch with its robust 710W power output. Featuring a rotation speed range of 6500-30000 RPM adjustable in 1-6 speeds and constant torque control with a soft start, it ensures smooth operation even under heavy loads.
Precision Engineering: Comes with a customized 1/8” ER11 collet and nut, ensuring that the bit is held securely and precisely centered within the collet. Get precise results every time. Compatible with shank diameters ranging from 1-8mm to 1/4”, but please note that 1/4” and 1-8mm collets are not included.
