Product description
To ensure best results, sit quietly for at least five minutes before measuring. Place the cuff directly on the bare arm above the elbow, making sure it is snug but not overly tight. Keep your arm supported at heart level, press the “Start” button, and remain still until the measurement completes. If error messages such as Er1–Er3 appear, these usually indicate improper cuff placement or movement during the reading. If the monitor does not power on or freezes, replacing or reinserting the batteries will typically resolve the issue.
