3. Sit still during measurement, keeping the cuff at heart level.
Note clothing impact: Do not place the cuff directly over thick clothing during measurement.
4. Understand data fluctuations: Reasonable variations in readings across different times (e.g., morning vs. evening) are normal. We recommend measuring at similar times daily to obtain more comparable trend data.
