Chicken saute
Ingredients (Serves 1)
1/2 chicken thigh (150g) / Vegetables of your choice, appropriate amount / [A] A pinch of salt / [A] A pinch of pepper / [A] 1 teaspoon grated garlic / Olive oil, as needed / 1 sprig of rosemary / Lemon, as needed
Instructions:
Pierce the skin of the chicken thigh in several places with a fork, and marinate with ingredients [A]. Cut the vegetables as needed. Slice the lemon to your preferred thickness.In the base, drizzle olive oil, place the chicken thigh skin-side down, place the rosemary on top, and add your preferred vegetables.Cover and microwave (600W) for approximately 5 minutes.Flip the ingredients, cover again, and microwave (600W) for approximately 4 minutes 30 seconds.Serve with lemon and enjoy.

Grilled Salted Mackerel with Purple Cabbage
Ingredients (Serves 1):
1 fillet of salted mackerel / A dash of black pepper / 125g of purple cabbage (1/8 of a cabbage) / A pinch of salt / 1 teaspoon of olive oil / 1/2 tablespoon of white wine vinegar / 10g of butter (5g + 5g) / 2 sprigs of thyme
Instructions:
Make shallow cuts on the skin side of the mackerel and season with black pepper. Shred the purple cabbage and sprinkle it with salt.Drizzle olive oil in a pan and place the mackerel skin side down.Cover and heat in the microwave for about 4 minutes at 600W.Flip the mackerel, cover again, and continue microwaving for another 2 minutes, then remove.Add purple cabbage, white wine vinegar, and 5g of butter to the pan and mix well. Place the mackerel and thyme on top, cover, and heat in the microwave for another 3 minutes at 600W.Top with the remaining 5g of butter to finish.

Steamed White Fish in Western Style with Wine
Ingredients (Serves 2)
2 pieces of fresh cod (fillets) / 2 mushrooms / 5 cherry tomatoes / Parsley (suitable amount) / A pinch of salt / A pinch of pepper / 4 tablespoons of white wine (sake as an alternative) / 20g of butter
Instructions:
Season the fresh cod with salt and pepper. Slice the mushrooms thinly, cut the cherry tomatoes in half, and roughly chop the parsley.Place the cod, mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes into the dish, drizzle with white wine, and top with butter.Cover and microwave at 600W for about 6 minutes.Sprinkle with parsley to finish.

Garlic shrimp
Ingredients (serves 2):
15 shrimp / 2~3 cloves garlic / Parsley to taste / [A] 2 tablespoons olive oil / [A] 1/2 teaspoon salt / 10g butter / Lemon to taste
Instructions:
Peel and devein the shrimp, leaving the tail intact. Finely chop the garlic and parsley. Cut the lemon into wedges.Mix the garlic with ingredients [A] and marinate the shrimp for at least 30 minutes. Arrange them in the main dish without overlapping.Cover and microwave (600W) for about 3 minutes.Flip the shrimp over, add butter, cover again, and microwave (600W) for about 2 minutes and 30 seconds.Sprinkle parsley on top, serve with lemon wedges, and your dish is ready.
