INSPECTION
HYDRO MASTER islatioin kit is made from heay duty and lead free solid brass which meets the lead free requirement of Federal and State and manufactured in an ISO 9001 accredited facility.We did 100% inspection in factory to make sure the quality.HYDRO MASTER isolation kit involves hot and cold valves with 1/4 turn red and blue handles for easy identification. One-piece forged brass body, improved integrated design to reduce the chance of leaks. And the integreated drain valve with brass safety cap providing easy maintenance, it also has full port ball valve for better flow rate. End connections comply with the following specifications Female NPT: ANSI/ASME B1.20.1 Hose threads: ASME B1.20.7
MAINTENANCE
HYDRO MASTER 3/4″ pressure relief valve is ASME rated to150PSI and 500,000 btu/hr, with end connection meet the request of NPT: ANSI/ASME B1.20.1 At least once per year the water heater Owner must manually operate this valve to ensure waterways are clear.Before lifting the lever, check to see that the dis-charge line is securely attached and properly in-stalled to prevent injury or property damage. Avoid contact with the hot water dis-charged during the test to prevent personal injury.At least every three years this valve should be in-spected by a licensed plumbing contractor or qualified service technician and replaced if necessary. lf discharge occurs during normal operation CALL A PLUMBER IMMEDIATELY. Discharge indicates an unsafe temperature or pressure Condition or a problem with this valve.

During transportation, some spare parts in the valve kit may become loose, and water leakage may occur after installation.
Packing nut loose
Removing the handle from the valve,use the appropriate-size wrench to turn the packing nut one -quarter turn to tighten it.

The gasket in the union nut loose
Take out the gasket in the union nut,and put the inner gasket in the middle of convex groove,and then screw into the union nut tighten.
