25 x 2 x 40X =2000X

NOTICE:Barlow Lens cannot be used alone as a eyepiece

Operation

1. Attach WF25X eyepiece to the body, place the slide on the stage

2. Using vernier caliper, move the slide to the center of the stage

3. Under the 4X objective, adjusting light source to obtain the appropriate field of view brightness

4. Turn the coarse focus knob to find the image quickly and obtain a clear object image

5. Turn the fine focus knob, make the image clearer

NOTICE: It may not be possible to find the object image directly using the 10X or 40X objective.

First using the 4X objective find the object image, adjust it to the center of the field of view, then switch to 10X, 40X objective , with coarse and fine focusing, get the clear image
