This is pretty quiet too. I like that the seat is adjustable and it has the side bars and back rest along with the resistance knob. Clunky to pick up and carry, though it does have small wheels. Seat is pretty wide and comfy. I also liked that this is white and grey as opposed to the common black color which I’m not crazy about! This blends in more to me. Doesn’t take up a lot of space either which is nice. #Blessed

This was fairly easy to put together. The instructions on how to put the bike together was a little hard to understand and wasn't quite accurate, but once you look at the photos you can figure it out. There is also a video on the site you can try to watch. The company seems to be very good to work with as they contacted me to see if I had any questions to reach out to them. I like the quality and built of the bike, the noise level is quiet, compact bike and space saving. The level of resistance seems to work just fine for me. The only thing I would change is the seat height, maybe make another notch so it can go down lower. I'm 5'2 and it's a little tall for me. It says it's good for 4'9 and up. I manage to get on it, but if I was hurting, I might have a hard time.

When I received the bike, the sensor used to track distance and time spent exercising didn’t work. I reached out to customer support, who responded immediately. They gave me the option of either replacing the bike or sending me the necessary parts along with a video tutorial on how to install them. Since I’m comfortable taking things apart and fixing them, I chose the latter. They quickly shipped the parts and sent the video just a few days later.

The bike works great now, with no issues.

My wife loves the ability to fold it up and store it in the closet when it's not in use. It’s heavy-duty and feels very durable.
